St Kilda, VIC 3182 is located within the Port Phillip local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
We have plenty of parking with the apartment. But will noise be an issue? Also, what about safety? Is it very dodgy at night if we are returning on trams and walking? We are 2 18-19 year old female students moving from Sydney for The Victorian College of the Arts.

WELCOME to MELBOURNE!
Basically a lot of the streets are one way so there should be no issues with noisy cars and the only people who will be parking are the residents. Also the basic rule of thumb is to be street savvy and aware of your surrounding in any city you live in.
