"Homestead Run remains undiscovered!"
The Homestead Run estate is one of those pockets that remians undiscovered and propably under appreciated while the Point Cook sprall continues. The estate planning in the '90's was ahead of it's time with the parks (big and small), community centre and tennis courts. Personally I think John Phelps, Staples Way and Samual Evans Crt are the real gem address with court locations and houses that poeple invested in befor eland prices and sizes put pressure on the quality of houses to put on smaller more expensive block of today.
