"Quiet street, close to station and a short drive to amenities."
It's a street that people move in to and stay. Most houses are held for decades. If you get a chance to get into the area take it! It's close to the train, the freeway, the hospital (my neighbour cycles to work) and the waterfront. The neighbours stop to chat and listening to the bell birds is magic.
