"Mountain lifestyle"
We have been on the mountain for 7 years (previously Richmond) and just love it. People say hello when you go walking, we have a great park that regularly holds community events. Kids can ride their bikes safely, most houses are owner occupied/privatelyowned. It's cooler in summer than lower down the hill in Richmond and when it rains we are in the clouds, you can watch the rain moving up the hill like a wall and lightening storms are amazing to watch from up here. We regularly see black wallabies when walking through the bush trails and you get to see waratahs growing wild. 15-20 minutes to Richmond but it seems a world away, no passing traffiic & very mild climate no frosts.
