Reviews of Crib Point, VIC
"Like living in a friendly country town an hour's drive from the city."
I moved here in 2012 because I was so impressed by the location, friendly locals an value for money. My wife and I love the place so much that when we downsize we will definitely buy our unit in Crib Point.

"Return to Living"
Im the happiest I’ve been living anywhere. The bird life, the trees, the quiet nights, the beaches, no traffic and the list goes on. I am stoked I secured my piece of paradise here 10 months ago. The fact that the city is super accessible and we have the whole Mornington peninsula at our doorstep is incredible. The local markets are great and the local cafe is quality. Hastings is a 5 min drive and has everthing you need. On Xmas eve, the cfa drove Santa around throwing lollies for kids! And there were some amazing Xmas light locally too! What an awesome time it’s been. I’m genuinely so happy I’ve made this home.

"A quiet town to relax and enjoy."
We have lived in Rosebud, Moe, Langwarrin,Leongatha,Safety Beach,Carrum and some more palces over the past 18 years and Crib Point is by far the quietest most relaxed town. Sure there are plenty of mozzies here but you can get a can of aeroguard problem fixed. It is close to most things but far enough away to feel like your not in suburbia. The backyards are how they are meant to be BIG with plenty of room for that game of outdoor cricket or just to kick the footy. The boat ramp is just down the road with good fishing in Westernport Bay. We have never felt unsafe here and would not hesitate in walking around the neighborhood after hours. Yes there are hoons around here, but go to Langwarrin that is Hoon central (thats why we left there).
Plenty of wild birds around such as Sulphur Crested Cockatoos, Black Cockatoos, Tawney frogmouths, Parrots etc.
