"One of the best suburbs in Geelong"
This is a gorgeous suburb full of gracious period homes. Apparently it is one of the most preserved suburbs in the whole of Australia! It is a short stroll to the waterfront and a nice walk into the CBD. Parkington street is just around the corner withs it's shops, cafes etc which is ideal.

is there a new marina there yet? Has it changed the demographics of the area? we are looking to buy just outside Drumcondra on SAywell Street, is this a good area?
