"Farming Community"
Exton is a quiet farming community, just 5 minutes from Deloraine and Westbury. Situated on the Meander Valley Road. Beautiful views of Quamby Bluff and the Western Tiers. While the summer can reach up to 25 degrees, winters can be very chilly and be as low as -6.

"Small Rural Town"
A small suburb just 5 minutes from Deloraine and 20 minutes from Launceston. With mostly rural properties and a community feel where you know your neighbours, Exton is a great town to suit people from all walks of life!
