Glendale has a very low socio-economic
Demographic with all of the associated problems that demographic brings with it including petty crime, youth unemployment domestic violence etc

"Growing Suburb"
Glendale has grown drastically over the past few years and there are plans to grow it more. Close to mega shopping centre Glendale super centre, 5 minutes to lake macquarie and minutes to the freeway
