"One of the Greatest in Northern Perth!"
Gwelup is one of the greatest paces to live north of Perth! Lots of Shops including Karrinyup & the IGA in Gwelup as well as Schools & lots of Parks & Reserves.

"A lovely place to live"
Gwelup has a neighbourly and community minded spirit to it. Lovely parks and reserves and cycle track for easy access.
After hours access to essentials is a little difficult as the shops are limited.
We do love this area it is a families suburb.
