Reviews of Kellyville, NSW
"Kellyville has universal appeal to home owners"
I’ve lived in Kellyville for a few years now, and I can honestly say it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a family-friendly suburb that’s still close to everything. The area is quiet and suburban, with plenty of parks and green spaces, which is perfect if you’ve got kids or enjoy a peaceful lifestyle. The local schools are fantastic, and there are heaps of community activities to get involved in, which makes it feel like a tight-knit neighborhood.
The convenience factor is a huge plus too. With the Kellyville Metro station now up and running, commuting to the city has become a lot easier and faster. There’s also plenty of shopping at places like the new Kellyville Village and the bigger Rouse Hill Town Centre, so you don’t have to travel far for everything you need.
The only downside might be traffic, especially during peak hours, but it’s manageable if you plan ahead. Overall, Kellyville offers a nice balance of suburban living with all the amenities you need right at your doorstep. If you’re after a comfortable, community-oriented spot in the Hills District, this suburb is definitely worth considering.

"Hard to fit in"
I worked in Kellyville for 5 years with two babies and we really struggled to settle in. Perhaps a Sydney issue overall? People just don’t really wanna connect and don’t seem to friendly. It’s also a very hot suburb with less wind than other suburbs. Overall I didn’t like living here and the price didn’t justify what’s on offer at all. Would never move back here again
"Absolutely lovely neighbourhood"
We have live here a year now and never regret decision we made. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood.
We as family love doing sport and really great live nearby from sport complex (Bernie Mullane) .

"Middle of nowhere, boring and hot"
Typical new estate, houses so close to each other they are almost touching. Almost all of the houses look the same, like living in a cookie cutter suburb. Lacks character, feel and anything interesting. Very far from everything.
No trees or greenery to be seen, hot as a furnace in summer, no shade and very little parklands. Very narrow streets and roads, which are unbearably busy, traffic is barely crawling along. Not close to decent public transport such as trains and buses to main work areas (CBD & Parramatta), owning a vehicle is a must.
Full of young bland families trying to get ahead, very little to do in area and surrounding suburbs, just like most new suburbs in Western Sydney, boring place to live. Best way to sum it up is expensive and boring!

YOu are being offensive to the residents in the area you may say to suggest. but I'm sure its not to bad and everyone's opinion is different it may suit their family and needs you never know.
I grew up at the Hills in the 80s and hate the monoculture of Kellyville. Revolting, evil property developers killed off all the native wildlife years ago.

Some of your perceptions might offend some but having lived here for 20 years your spot on.Kellyville has a complete lack of neighborhood character.
