"Close to Everything!"
Lanena is a small suburb along the river, just seconds out of Exeter. Within walking distance to supermarkets, the bank, as well as both primary and high schools Lanena is an ideal location to live.

"Safe and beautiful!"
Blackwall is a tiny suburb right on the river banks. Quiet, well-spaced houses are mainly occupied by quiet families and retirees and the great local children's park, off-leash pet areas and friendly local store and restaurant all reflect this. An amazing place to unwind after a day at work, even the 20 minute commute is a relaxing part of your day as you travel past pretty vineyards and follow the Tamar river into the CBD.
