"Country Town"
Love this small town mainly for it's position to Waurn Ponds and the coast. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and friendly residents. The General Store added a cafe which is popular with the locals and passers by, they serve lovely breakfasts and coffee not to mention the variety of take-away also. Perfect town for growing young families, as Moriac has a Primary School and Kindergarten, a pharmacy and medical centre also.

"A quiet hamlet."
Moriac is a quiet little town away from busy traffic and crowds of people. Great if you just want to get away from main town, but still close enought to enjoy all that Geelong has to offer.
