Reviews of Mount Claremont, WA
"It's a top Western Suburbs location (if you're seriously cashed up) of course!"
Got a lazy 1.5m, then get a 1960's cottage and enjoy all that Perth city, Fremantle, Subiaco, Northbridge have to offer. Parks, bush land, open space, lakes and recreation centres such as HBF Stadium, Bendat Centre, UWA and Christchurch Playing Fields, there's far more public space than there is suburb! Want a nice new house, on a large block, then 2.0m will get your toe just in, but having said that, send your kids to Shenton College for nearly FREE, and rent for less than you're paying in school fees at outer private schools in rough Perth suburbs. The local public school outperforms most of the 30k per year private schools surrounding. Save your bucks...

"Wonderful location near endless parks"
The area near Christchurch Playing Fields is a leafy green, quiet oasis. The number of parks in the area is wonderful, it is close to the city and to the beach. Wonderful zone for highschool.
