"Forest Gardens - A piece of paradise"

Extremely green and clean. Beautiful, quiet and safe! Streets near Crowleys park are great to live and are relatively safer

"Verbena Drive! Quiet with close access to schools, shops and parklands!"

I didn't want to give the street a spruik until I'd sold the house (might have looked a bit biased) but Verbena Drive is AWESOME! Just sold no. 116 and what a hidden gem this street is! This looping drive isn't a through road, it is a nice wide street with a mix of brand new and near new houses that look mostly owner occupied so you know they look after their properties well!

Take a drive on Verbena Drive and check this area out... when another house comes on the market here snap it up! top spot - I'd live there if I moved!

"Forest Gardens: An excellent safe and friendly neighbourhood"

Forest Gardens is an excellent area to raise kids in. There are quite a few playgrounds in the area. Forest Gardens is the type of nighbourhood where you can let your kids go off and play in one of the parks and know that they will return home safely.
Back yards in general are small, but the lovely surroundings definately make up for it. Everywhere you go in Forest Gardens is full of leafy green trees and shrubs; it makes you feel like you are walking or driving through a rainforest!
