"Ideal for the older generation"
Located over 130km east of Melbourne, Icy Creek is situated amongst towns including Vesper, Fumina, Tanjil and Toorongo. The town boasts mountain retreat accommodation for tourists while locals reside in family houses, half of which are owner-occupied. Eighty per cent of Icy Creek's residents are Australian born but a small community of Germans and Britons reside in the area also. The town is best suited to those aged over 40 and sixty per cent of Icy Creek's population falls into this category.
