"Sleepy beachside suburb with still good house prices"
It's fantastic. Great place to bring up kids, close to the beach, beautiful weather. Up and coming suburb potential as close to CBD,beach, uni, medical precincts and shopping.
Without huge amounts of traffic, bliss for those who can handle non city life.
