Riverstone, NSW 2765

It’s an interesting suburb on the rise. It has historic areas and newly developed areas. It feels reasonably metro, but also some country town vibes. Having access to Tallawong metro, Riverstone station and Rouse Hill town centre makes it surprisingly convenient - medical centres, schools, supermarkets, retail shopping, cinemas are all 5 mins away, and it’s 40 mins direct to the city on the metro. Houses are affordable (for now).

Most people are reasonably down to earth and friendly, definitely not pretentious. There are a lot of EV’s and cultural diversity, plenty of parks and green spaces. It’s rapidly growing and developing, gentrifying and improving.

Another lifeless, souless, soon to be congested area with cookie cutter homes and lots of traffic in next 5 years. Boring place to live, nothing nearby thats worthwhile visiting, just houses and more houses. Resembles all the new areas like marsden park, box hill etc.

I’ve proudly lived in Riverstone for 2 years in the new housing estate and I have found it to be a peaceful, convenient, character-filled, charming place to live. In 2023 it’s affordable, with has plenty of potential with both heritage cottages and modern builds, tree-lined streets and reserves, close proximity to transport (Metro and Sydney Rail) and various town centres (Riverstone, Rouse Hill, Box Hill) and gentrifying population. It’s filled with families and young professionals, tradies, is LGBT-friendly and filled with people of varying ethic decent. Most of whom I’ve found to be respectful, house-proud and down-to-earth - with a community-focused mentality. There’s also the locals and young first-homebuyers in the established area who are friendly, unpretentious, hard-working, and inclusive. There’s gyms, supermarkets, medical centres and schools nearby, while also retaining that quiet country-vibe. It’s close to everything and suburban, but still has a close-knit village of yesteryear vibe. It may not be as polished in some regards as other suburbs, but it’s certainly transforming week-by-week,
I’m always impressed by improvements being made. It may have been underestimated in the past, but I can imagine it being an increasingly popular consideration for both new homebuyers and renovators.

Riverstone has been my home since last 10 years and there is nothing I can complain about. Close proximity to train station, metro and rouse hill town centre is bonus. Nice development going around the suburb. Townhouse and houses prices are skyrocketing at the moment. It as a feel of laid back life but full of attention. If you want to grow up your family this is the suburb you are looking for.
Famous school like norwest Christian college and riverstone public school just at doorstep.

I moved to Riverstone recently. Very convenient with train station 20 minutes walking distance from the new estate. Boxhill town center is coming up so that will be short drive from my home. Garfield road is planned to be widened with extral lane added on both sides. Good schools, bank, IGA, cafes, petrol stations and fast food restaurants at Riverstone. Nice place to live for any family.

I moved to Riverstone 7 months ago from Newcastle we are in the new estate here I love the feel here it's lovely quiet and peaceful and one major thing I have noticed is how friendly the people are here and the shop owners thru make U feel welcome especially if your new here

Riverstone is a well developed and friendly suburb. You will find the bigger property within your budget with a better land size than many other suburbs. The suburb is one of the well-developed suburbs. It has all the options near the station. The library, Anytime Fitness gym, IGA, Grower's Market, Child Care, Swimming pools, Sweet shops, KFC, Subway, CBA Bank, Post office - all just near to the station. The place is growing with new developments coming in. In a few years, the land price will increase like anything as the council only has to spend on the new development. Riverstone is a quiet place. The public school and catholic schools are the best in the area. Nor-west Christian high school is among the good high school in the region. The Catholic church is nearby the station as well. It's a beautiful, friendly community offering lots of growth potential. Almost 80% of the population travel every day to the City for work on the direct train from Riverstone which takes around 55 mins to City circle.

Riverstone is a growing quite suburb in the north west of Sydney. The property prices are slowly rising. The suburb has all the stores and cafes just near the station. The library is just outside the Riverstone station. Indian shops and parlor are just few mins walk from station. You name it and it has it all. Currently, it's going to go through the upgrade to the town centre. The place offers gym, lots of parking space and all these just near station. Playschools are few mins away from the station. Swimming pool is also nearby. The suburb is old that's why currently its a mix of crowd you will see. But believe me it's really safe and sound. If you are looking to buy or build house in budget. Riverstone is for you. Before you know it the place is going to rise like anything in terms of school, high school and anything. Everything is nearby, IKEA, Costco, Bunnings, rouse hill town centre and even metro options just 7mins drive to the metro.

Just rented for 6 months before buying here. Perfectly positioned on either sides wherever you want to go ; Windsor Road or Marsden Park. Excellent private schools nearby. 3 min drive to train station plenty of parking, not like Tallawong ( overcrowded and over appreciated). Footpaths and Park are being made possibly soon and place is selling like hot cakes. Lately shopping is around 10 mins away, Woolies,Coles, Costsco,IKEA and Rouse Hill Shopping Centre.

We had brought land and built a house in Riverstone. An ideal location for all people in the house including teenagers and parents who can't drive. Train station is just 15 mins walk. Bus stop is just 3 mins walk from house. Has a catholic church which has daily mass and its only 20 mins walk from house. A quiet, friendly atmosphere. Move to Riverstone if you like all facilities and avoid congestion. Its in the middle of all existing and upcoming projects and short drive or public transport access to Tallawong station, North West public hospital towards Rouse hill and Ikea and costco towards Marsden park. Major developments in place for current marketplace shopping centre and it will attract supermarket giants with ample parking. You can find mostly everything here like RSL club, swimming pool, library, Medical centre, KFC, Subway, Any time fitness gym,Australia post, public and catholic schools, Pub, churches, price 4 less pharmacy, IGA , petrol stations, police station , bank and ATM etc.
