"Good area for family"
Good primary and secondary school network, near canning river, Riverton leisureplex, stockland shopping, McDonald’s, KFC, chicken treat, Asian cuisine, Pubs and many more

"Good place to live with high quality schools"
We moved from Canning Vale to Riverton for our kids education, best thing for our family. The river reserve is so tranquil and kids can enjoy themselves. Great shopping centres nearby including a recreational centre!

"Perfect in every way, except for a beach"
A lovely neighbourhood with very sort after education facilities. Central to almost anything you could want...CBD...coast...esay access to freeway for travel. Terrific local facilities & a good council. A well balanced mix of residential, retail & light industrial at your fingertips. I would be reluctant to live elsewhere.
