"Quiet and Convenient"
Rosevale is a small rural community 10 minutes from Legana, and 15 minutes from Exeter. With boasting country views, Rosevale is the perfect place to live, farm and visit. It is perfect for families as schools are just a short drive away, community sports are also available in the area.
