Reviews of South Boulder, WA
"Farthest south parr of town from East to west"
South Boulder runs across the southern end, south of Burt Street , from the industrial estate nearest the Goldfields Highway across to the airport . There are nooks of quality heritage homes from Burt Street, around King Street and Piesse Street. Many fibro homes in varying condition make for great low budget renting or home ownership as well as redevelopment opportunities. The Western end from Keegan Street to Milner Avenue is what was the 1990s golf course estate for the no longer functional Boulder Golf Course. There are plenty of parks, especially to the western end. This area has a demographic of mostly families, withbusiness owners to unemployed taking advantage of the affordability. Schooling is the Boulder Primary School and St Josephs Catholic primary. The Western end has easy access to the Oasis and Goldfields Baptist College in nearby Somerville.
