"It's a place that has everything you need."
Springfield was the first suburb of the first privately built city in Australia and the country's largest master planned community. First dubbed Forest Lakes poor cousin it has quickly become the place to be for many Queenslanders looking for a home with all the facilities, that is affordable and not too far from Brisbane. Springfield is located in between Springfield Central/Springfield Lakes/Camira which means it has good access to the highway, has its very own Train Station. This suburb is home of one of the main public high schools of the area Woodcrest State College and The Springfield Anglican College. I highly recommend the medical facilities in Commercial Drive with walk in appointments which is great for the busy working mum with accident prone kids !
With homes in the area built around the mid 1990's these are solid properties with block sizes around 650sqm. Great bones and easy to renovate and modernise.
If you need any more information on the area, I am happy to help!

"Fastest developing well planned city in QLD"
Springfields been changing drastically over the years. From a hard core bushland to the current state is an amazing feat to be honest. Hats off to Springfield development corporation.
With the new park ride structure there wont be any new developments in Brisbane region to match with the fast pace Springfield is growing.

"Saturday Markets at Robelle"
Great Saturday market which keeps it real. New management say that they are keeping that great chilled vibe but introducing some fantastic free range and organic produce (always a plus). Kids are easily entertained with the park and waterslide. I love chatting to the stallies to see what's what, what's coming and they are SUCH lovely people. Markets are probably the best way to make sure those who are hardworking reap the benefits without having to go through a middle man. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
