Where else could you buy a Waterfront property with your own beach and boating facilities for the same price as a suburban block in Sydney? St Huberts Island is the perfect place to live .... some of us commute for work - you think the Central Coast is too far from Sydney for work ... how long are you sitting in the traffic each day now?
