Reviews of Tootgarook, VIC
"Amazing value"
Without doubt one of the fastest growing townships on the Mornington Peninsula. Always considered the affordable spot for a family beach house or holiday, property buyers are now recognizing the amazing value for money Tootgarook property offers. You can still purchase a humble 1950`s/60`s fibro beach house for a song but predictions are that this will end soon as stock dries up and more and more are renovated driving property values UP. The beaches are safe and suitable for families. The vast sandy foreshore areas are a favourite for endless family fun. Foreshore camping is still encouraged adding to the relaxed holiday village feel. Facilities are excellent with both Rye and Rosebud close by. Fun things to do abound in every direction and there are fully equipped hospital/doctors facilities should the need arise. The majority of the front beach area is flat offering retirees a perfect opportunity to settle and enjoy their latter years. Tootgarook has something for everyone and judging by the number of properties selling there is no doubt that the secret is out. The CBD is now only a swift, safe trip of under an hour away enabling you to commute with ease.
