Werrington Downs, NSW 2747

Have purchased our first home here and it’s a lovely suburb with friendly, welcoming neighbours.
The suburb hosts a number of parks and reserves. A short walk from our street we can see emus, kangaroos and sometimes the odd goanna through the ADI reserve fencing, how amazing is that!

Close to shops, public transport and the M4. Will also be a convenient location to travel to the new airport/city, being a 5min drive to St Marys Station.
Based on current flight path noise mapping, the suburb won’t be affected by the flight paths which is a plus heading into the future.

We simply love the neighborhood. It’s very safe and streets are not congested as some other suburbs. Plenty of space for kids to roam about. Still close to shops and all amenities.
It’s a hidden gem!

We've moved here a few years ago and we couldn't have picked a better place. It's a quiet, friendly little neighborhood, great for family life. Plenty of child care facilities, swimming lessons for the little ones, gym, takeaway, lots of green space, very friendly and overall safe. It's close to multiple good schools, not overcrowded and yet still close to major roads.

This is a great area, its wonderfully quiet and theres always someone to lend a helping hand if you need one.
Our kids attend Corpus Christi, its the most fantastic school in the area. We moved here about 6 years ago, weve lived everywhere at some point, but this is the place we call home.

As a father of 3 children recently moved to the suburb, i find werrington downs a great place to live. there is a swimming pool for my kids lessons, a gym for my wife, a few good take-aways, Henry lawson club and a local shopping centre. its only 7 mins from the M4 so its easy for me to get to work.

Werrington Downs is a family suburb with safe streets, great access to facilities, parks, outdoor lifestyle, and friendl neighbours. a community out to help each other and a great place to live!

My partner and I are a young couple and recently bought our first home in Werrington Downs, we were pleased to find a welcoming street with many young smiles. We are looking to start our own family and will do so in a secure environment. I rate the suburb very highly and would reccomend to all my friends and family :)
