"Leafy street with quality homes and nice ocean views from many properties."
Sunninghill is typical of the pleasant leavy streets in Mt Ousley and has some very nice homes. Some properties back on to the F6 Freeway and there are some noise issues despite the presence of concrete sound barriers.
