"Want that quiet country/beach lifestyle that's close to everything?"
Then this is the suburb for you. There are two sections to Madora Bay. "Old" Madora and "New" Madora Bay. Madora has been there for many, many, many years. It is full of character beach houses and more recently a few new, large beach style homes. The blocks are big, the roads are wide and quite, the beaches are easy access and the park is plentiful. It's a magnificent place to raise a family. Including those teenagers, looking to spend more time out of the house than in.
Madora Bay, is a semi-recent sub-division through Perry. It is like any other estate out there. The block are of average size, there are a few landscaped parks and the beach is easy access. There is an ABC centre at the entry to Madora Bay and Meadow Spring shopping centre is just 5 min drive up the street.
I grew up on Madora and am looking at moving back, so I can raise my kids there. It's so close to everything that you feel the peace of being away from it all but without missing out on all the amenities.
