Does the land value really go down ?
Tarneit, VIC 3029 is located within the Wyndham local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
A month back i made 10 % deposit on a land which would be titiled early next year.. I am hearing that market is going down. My worry is by the time land is about to get titled and if the land value is lower than what i have signed for, then it would be a big problem. Can anyone tell does the land value really go down ?

Hi,
Generally, when you purchase, it goes up rather than down. Investing in property will always be positive.
I wouldn't be concerned, it's a great step that you took.
If you need help with the build side of things, please feel free to contact me.
Thanks
Emily
