Telstar Place, Heathridge, WA 6027

A 9 house cul de sac street only a short walk (100m) from the local shopping centre. Situated within' walking or short driving distance from four public primary schools and a high school it is a cosy street with parks also not too far away.
Made up of a small number of residents the whole street know one another and although their isnt neighbourhood gatherings or anything like that, everyone is friendly and will always say hello or give a wave when passing by.
Backing on to an off ramp for the freeway you would expect it to be fairly noisy but a sound restricting mound was set up so the only noise you hear are sirens from emergency services or the odd truck/car horn.

I would recommend this street to families, couples or retirees because although there is the odd party every now and then around the neighbourhood it quiet for the majority of the time.
