"Beautiful neighborhood surrounded by parks"
Living amongst beautiful scenery all year long
Golf courses to practice your game, parks to go jogging, or take your pets out. Tennis courts, football club, weekend cricket - there is plenty on offer.
This is a lovely residence close to the city, but don't expect to do any clubbing or retail therapy here!
After living in The Avenue for 2 years, my contentment level is very high, and I will miss the beautiful gardens.
