Land sizes are around the 600sqm2 in the original established pocket. New land estate average around the 300 sqm2 +.
Hope this helps.

The size of house blocks vary from one street to another. As in other suburbs, the older streets tend to have larger blocks of land, say 600m2 to 700m2. These block have of late, been valued for their development potential as they potentially hold 3 to 4 units. When buying this type of property, not only does one compete with home buyers but with investors and developers. On the other hand, the younger streets, those from the 1980's forward have land sizes of 500m2 to 550m2. Land subdivided in the last 10 years may have land as small as 350m2.
