"100 Metres to the University of Queensland"
Upland Road is incredibly close to the University of Queensland and is perfect for any students. The public transport is really close so you can get to Toowong or the City reasonably quickly.
The noise can be quite high due to the large population of students, but this is a bonus if you are a student as well. The Hawken Village Shopping Centre is only just around the road, so you can get everything you need without needing a car.
