- Very peaceful, very natural. No tourists
- Friendly & Safe
- Access to everything Erina, Terrigal, Avoca without living in Central
- Quiet
Not great for
- Lots of valleys not good for kids bicycle
- Good and Cool in summer due to amount of trees, colder in Winter
