Concord West

"Wide Streets! Great access to amenities! Centrally located"

With wide streets and large blocks of land, Concord West is the next best option after Concord for location.

With an abundance of social and recreational activities to do this is what makes Concord West such a family friendly suburb.

Clean, wide and peaceful back streets surround large homes with perfectly kept front gardens or newly developed modern mansions.

Concord West is known as very green overall, and its greenery comes in a variety of forms through parks, sporting grounds and its two very large golf courses that are located centrally to the suburb.

If food is what you are looking for, Majors Bay Road offers an abundance of different cuisines at different price points to suit everyone's needs.

We cant forget the kids with activities like Plaster Painting and the local library located in Wellbank Street, and sporting grounds at Greenlees Park and Majors Bay reserve.

Concord West really is a family friendly suburb with many in area attractions.

Balmain

"Where history is still very present"

Narrow Streets, stunning sandstone properties and a community that is very family friendly and, pets are socially acceptable everywhere. This is Balmain!

One of the oldest suburbs which can be noticed by the 18th Century properties that still line the streets of Balmain.

The friendly locals can be seen strolling the streets daily for their morning coffees, social lunches at any one of the fine cafe's / restaurants which are mostly found along the drag of Darling Street or sharing a pub feed and a schooner at one of the many age old establishments.

Balmain is known for its Water views, proximity to the City CBD and its one way in and out of the suburb.
Whilst public transport can only be found in the way of buses and ferry stop there is never really any traffic issues.

Peaceful and tranquil parks and recreational areas allow residents and visitors a chance to take a break from the hustle and bustle which is Sydney and enjoy a few moments with nature.

One cannot forget the spectacular City views especially on NYE where only residents are allowed to take advantage of such uninteruppted views of the fire works down by the waters edge. Or on Anzac day where streets are closed and the fight over a game of 2up at The Exchange or Dicks Hotel brought you right back in time.

Balmain will always be that hidden gem off Victoria Road filled with so much history, elegance and grace.

Breakfast Point

"From what it was to what it is now!"

Lets take a trip down memory lane, its the year 1998 and whilst the AGL gas plant was in full operations its days were numbered with the site sold off to developers for the largest urban renewal projects in Sydney.
Fast forward to 2020 the once Gas plant is now no longer with no signs of the past or the stories it once told however what replaces this moment in time is a Gated community without the gates.
With the developments of new properties both houses and apartments, that feel never ending on the site having the Hampton's charm and feel it is now one of the most sought after suburbs in the Inner West with some property prices reaching over $5 million dollars.
Now lucky with these prices the suburb (Gated community) have some of their own included amenities such as an IGA, some fantastic eateries, gym, pools and country club that can be used by all residents as long as you are a member.
We cant forget that charming little chapel/hall located in the centre of the well manicured gardens and freshly mowed lawns that there is an abundance of.
With only one way in and out of this perfect quaint little suburb what more could you want.

Concord

"Don't think of West Connex! Think wide tree lined streets, family friendly and great social suburb"

Growing up and going to school and then working in Concord for many years, I have seen how the suburb has drastically changed over time.

Eve Street

"Eve Street! The place to call home!"

Although the street is narrow the personalities of its residents are anything but! Being bias after living here for 22 years whilst the demographic has changed the lovely nature and community feel has not.

From street Christmas parties to, the warm feel when you run into one of the multi-decade long neighbours saying hello, asking how you are? and what is new?

With a bus stop at the top of the Street on the main Road to take you to Strathfield (station), Burwood and/or the City and only a street away from the very popular South Strathfield public school. This street is very family friendly.

Strathfield South

"More affordable than Strathfield with the same access to Strathfields charm and amenities"

Living in Strathfield South for the last 11 years after moving oh so far from the Strathfield post code. Strathfield South has all the same advantages other than the 2135 post code.

With access to some of the most desired schools both public and private for both Primary and Secondary campuses people have been known to relocate just to be able to take advantage of being in the catchment zone for these fine education campuses.

Having easy access to both Buses and trains that can commute you to most of Sydney with such ease has its advantages also.

Being such a multicultural suburb means that you are never short of a different cuisine should your taste buds seek something different to try.

Sports grounds, Parks, Bicycle trails, off leash dog parks and BBQ picnic public areas allow families to enjoy the outdoors, exercise and socialise within close proximity to home.

Strathfield

"Strathfield - The suburb that is central to most places in Sydney"

This suburb is highly desired as it is located close to most forms of Public Transport and some of the best Public and Private schools available in Sydney. (Strathfield Girls High School, Strathfield South Public School, Santa Sabina College, Meriden School & St Patrick's College

It is great for people and families who desire larger size blocks of land, development potential and investors who look to get an attractive return on their investment due to its proximity to the city and its centralised location in Sydney.

There is easy access to the Strathfield Railway Station which is a main stop on all train line services. Bus services that connect Strathfield with Sydney CBD, other Inner West Suburbs & South Western Sydney (Hurstville, Bankstown & Liverpool), and you are surrounded by fantastic restaurants, popular leisure facilities that include Strathfield Golf Club, Strathfield Park and Strathfield Plaza Shopping Centre.
