"A little bit ‘far’"

We tried to like Bli Bli but it just seemed a little bit far from both the surf and the better schools on the coast. The houses were actually more expensive than we were anticipating, so ended up buying in Buderim and we are definitely glad we did as it feels more established and less of an estate feel with all the new housing. Still, I’m sure Bli Bli would suit some.

"Paradise"

There’s a reason everyone is moving here. Heaven on earth! We made the move in 2022 and never looked back. Still so much potential here.

"Trees, Tranquility with everything on your doorstep"

Just amazing to live in Buderim. We’ve had 3 families visit from interstate and now all looking to purchase in the area. Large plots & established houses in wide leafy streets &everything you need around the corner. Could anyone honestly say they’d prefer to live in Aura or beachside in an estate/McMansion on a 400m plot that could be underwater in 20 years (maybe!). I know where I’d rather live or invest! We live in Brampton Court and properties don’t last long here and in neighbouring streets.

Hey there! We are considering Buderim and was wondering if you could tell me street's to avoid? We have a young family and I'm anxious about moving to a suitable area for us.

In my opinion (and most of these reviews it seems) the Headland Park area is particularly desirable as you have the mountain and ocean within arms reach. Weve lived here for many years and consider it extremely safe and family friendly. Best of luck with your search in beautiful Buderim!

Thank you! I have seen many comments on that area! Would be great to get a spot there but if something else comes up should we avoid a certain area? Really hoping to be up there in the new year if everything goes to plan

Ballinger Road area (at the bottom near Sippy Downs) in my opinion, that whole area was virtually under water during the heavy rain due to the Creek that runs both sides of the road. Issues getting insurance there now Im told (like many places next to water). Good luck in your search, you will love it here!
