Why?

Sorry for taking so long, the traumatic memories of living in Chermside stopped me from answering your intricate question. I'll keep it short and sweet.
1. The bins are rarely picked up.
2. The neighbours are loud
3. The roads are always busy, people would park all along the road, leaving barely enough room for one car to travel.
4. Ugly, grey, Industrial.
5. Lots of traffic.
6. Many delinquent neighbours.
7. My mail would get stolen.
8. Someone tried to open my door multiple times.
9. Small houses crammed together.
10. Don't expect to have a good nights sleep, people love having parties, or screaming matches.
11. Overpopulated, so many apartment buildings, cars, pollution.
Here's the only two good things about this joke of a suburb:
1. Close to biggest Westfield in Queensland (good luck parking/crossing the road at the Gympie and Hamilton intersection )
2. Close to Bus stops.

How awful. Must be a bad street.
