We have lived in Langwarrin for over 20 years and the problems associated with this area is certainly not graffiti. Yes there are lots of teenagers in the area as it is primarily a second home area, an area for growing families. When comparing with surrounding areas ie. Karginal, Frankston, Cranbourne, Langwarrin is more geared to family life and is enjoyed by many with the accessibility to many reserves, shopping centres (Langwarrin itself has 2), many schools, public transportation and proxmity to beaches down the peninsula. Two freeways service Langwarrin as well as the Nepean and the Princes Hwy. All in all, it has the perfect feel in bringing-up your children. Langwarrin is still growing with many new developments coming online, so Langwarrin can only get better as time moves on.

I agree great family living, close to good resources, house values are stable....I have noticed the annoying problem of graffiti in the area, this is not frequent, but is certainly a problem that Frankston Council needs to try and resolve, we have lived in the area for a more than 10 years and would reccommend living here.

I second all of the above............

We have just sold our place in Pindara, but are building again in Pindara. Love the area, people and facilities and close access to schools and shopping all walking distance...........

"A walk away to main shopping centre, good schools, public transport, good roads and access to main freeways"

Good street as handy to everything, nice established trees, green, easy walk to stores and schools, off main road so no through access, older houses with residents that have lived there for years, some need renovating, others are renovations in progress, nice place to live, we are renovating and will be living here for a long time with our young family as we are a walk away from our close friends, shops, public transport not that we use it, servos plus all the shopping centres a short drive away.

Langwarrin is fantastic, many good schools near by surrounded by large bush reserves for bike riding or just spending the day with the kids. Beaches under 10min away and close to freeway and large shopping centres. Langwarrin Crescent is a lovely street and has it all. You can walk to the Langi Pub or local cricket club. Great spot.
