The closer to the beach the better.. i think it has alot of potential.... there is a big difference between carrum and carrum downs!
pick a house close to the beach and you cant go wrong

- Good coffee, Aldi, 50 min to melbourne
Not great for
- Dreadful shops but this looks to be changing...
- Still a few scruffy looking houses

I love this area... the houses are starting to date or have dated however i think this place will boom

Just bought a house, have a good feeling about it booming as well. That's not the reason why we purchased, we actually want to live there, I think it's a perfect place.
