Trott Park

"Trott Park a hidden retreat."

Trott Park is a hidden suburb where people don't usually find it on realestate.com.au or domain.com.au. But as previous comments is a hidden gem. It has great recreational areas and a lovely parade of local shops on Heysen Drive. The only downside is the development of the express way at the moment which is creating a lot of dust and noise and will unfortunately have an impact on properties in the area.

Great for

  • Close to recreational parks.
  • Close to schools.
  • Lovely neighbourhood.

Not great for

  • Noise of southern expressway.
  • Lack of transport.

"An alternative affordable suburb!"

Great spot for families, who are looking for an affordable entry level suburb. Great schools, and recreational parks. Busses take you to the Marion shopping Centre and to the Train Station at Hallett Cove. Hallett Cove Shopping Centre is only a 2 minute drive away as is the sport centre at Trott Park.

Great for

  • Great schooling
  • Lovely designated walks
  • Large recreational areas with BBQ areas

Not great for

  • Need a car
  • No shops
  • Bit of bluestone on the land

Hove

"A little hub by the beach"

Hove is a quiet friendly suburb by the beach. With the new electric railway being installed it will enable the suburb to be a high ranking place to live as direct access to the city will be quick and easy. Plus the added bonus of being by the beach. If your energetic enough you can walk to the Marion shopping centre!

Great for

  • Great transport links.
  • Safe and secure.
  • Friendly neighbours.

Not great for

  • Lack of nightlife.
  • Lack of restaurants.
