"Booroo Street"

Booroo Street is a quiet little cul de sac in Pambula Beach. This is a very safe street that is just a short walk to the surf club and beach. Facing north there is plenty of sun and the views are to die for.

"Beach Retreat"

Pambula Beach is very popular for families chasing a beach side getaway. With safe swimming beaches which are patrolled during the summer months and home to the only surf club in the Merimbula - Pambula area, it is no wonder this town is so popular. There is a choice of holiday homes which are available through various agencies or the holiday park which is adjacent to the surf club. Pambula Beach is a sought after location for residents as it is very quiet and safe.

"Pambula a Thriving Coastal Village"

Pambula is a small coastal village on the far south coast. Located between Eden & Merimbula and only a short drive to the popular Pambula Beach, you will find Pambula to be a busy little hub. There is a selection of boutique shops as well as several coffee shops to choose from. The community of Pambula are very tight knit with a majority of residents being born and raised in the area. Tura Beach

"Tura Beach is a gem"

Tura Beach is one of the gems of the Sapphire Coast. Located about 3km north of Merimbula and a short drive from Tathra, Bega and Pambula, it is positioned to enjoy a variety of beaches and shopping centres. Tura Beach is primarily a residential area with a small shopping centre which includes Woolworths and Harvey Norman.

There are a mix of demographics ranging from young families to retirees. The Northern end of Tura Beach is the newer area which has the more modern and generally larger homes. The exclusive area of Tura Beach is around the Dolphin Cove and The Point areas, with houses often selling over the million dollar mark.

Tura Beach is home to a beautiful yet hilly golf course and Tura Beach Country Club which also has bowls and tennis facilities. The Beaches are beautiful but dangerous for swimming with no patrol beaches in this area. However beach fishing is very popular and Australian salmon and gummy sharks are often sought.

Tura Beach is a very quiet and relaxed location and crime is very low. It is a very safe location to raise a family and retirees can feel safe living there.

"Merimbula - Australia's Best Kept Secret"

Merimbula is nestled about halfway between Melbourne and Sydney on the far south coast of NSW. The beauty of this little coastal town is hard to put into words. From sapphire blue waters, pristine uncrowded beaches to rugged bushland, Merimbula has it all. Merimbula has a tight knit community that welcomes visitors with open arms. The fishing is fantastic, in the estuaries as well as the beaches and ocean, with visitors travelling here year round to get their fishing fix. The golf courses are manicured with an abundance of native animals. Overall a great place to live!
