Tura Beach

"Tura Beach is a gem"

Tura Beach is one of the gems of the Sapphire Coast. Located about 3km north of Merimbula and a short drive from Tathra, Bega and Pambula, it is positioned to enjoy a variety of beaches and shopping centres. Tura Beach is primarily a residential area with a small shopping centre which includes Woolworths and Harvey Norman.

There are a mix of demographics ranging from young families to retirees. The Northern end of Tura Beach is the newer area which has the more modern and generally larger homes. The exclusive area of Tura Beach is around the Dolphin Cove and The Point areas, with houses often selling over the million dollar mark.

Tura Beach is home to a beautiful yet hilly golf course and Tura Beach Country Club which also has bowls and tennis facilities. The Beaches are beautiful but dangerous for swimming with no patrol beaches in this area. However beach fishing is very popular and Australian salmon and gummy sharks are often sought.

Tura Beach is a very quiet and relaxed location and crime is very low. It is a very safe location to raise a family and retirees can feel safe living there.
