I spent some time in Stafford as a young girl. Love visting the local park.. I'm amazed at how much it has changed. But a lot of it is for the better. The people are still friendly, and there is plenty to do in the area. I love the bakery on Webster, it is good to see that Mary's girls are now running it. Wonderful area. Strongly recommended.

This is one of my favourites. The area is one of Brisbane's more established and well-heeled neighborhoods, with lots of families. There are a lot open spaces, and it is a short commute to work. Great place for kids. High recommended.

Kingston, like many suburbs along the Brisbane-Coast corridor had humble beginnings. But those locals are getting older and the community is really close. Everyone helps each other out, and the atmosphere is really lovely. Really close to a lot of shopping, and plenty of parks for the kids. Great working class suburb, where a young family can still afford a home close to everything.

Underwood is a wonderful community that has been underrated based on outdated views of the suburb. Twenty years ago this working class area was a little rough, but now it has matured into a wonderful community where those who have lived in the area together have grown close and look after each other. I lovely place that is worth another visit.

This is a great place for a holiday, or to retire. I think I prefer Currumbin, but that could just be because of the holidays I enjoyed there as a child. Tugun has really come along. It used to be out of the way, but not any longer. Close to the beach, the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, this is a wonderful place.

This is a great area with a lot of contrasts. From the large leafy homes looking over the river to UQ, to traditional older homes on typical blocks, to units with views to the city. Highgate Hill needs more local facilities, and tends to rely a little too much on its proximity to West End and the City. Great area.

This is a really nice area that is central to everything Townsville has to offer. I stayed here with a friend during a holiday, and got to meet some the locals. They are very friendly. I would recommend this suburb to anyone looking to head north.

I remember Oxley being a little out of the city when I was young. But times have changed. This area now seems so close to everything. I lot of professional have moved into the area with their young kids, and the area is coming along really well.

I have friends that live in Tarragindi, and they love the place. I always enjoy visiting. It is nice and quiet, and the parks are great. I might even move there one day. Love it.

This area is really nice place for kids. There is the river and the parks, and the Showgrounds nearby where there is always plenty going on. The people are friendly. I have very fond memories of my time in Wishart.
