"Horrible and violent"
Lived there forty years house next door prostitution and drugs could do nothing their "hobbies" paid for their house. Gossipy sticky noses over the road many government houses on the street now do do sad o sold out. Epping as a whole is now a Muslim Are and serious drug problems. Large amount of mentally ill housed there due to large psychiatric ward at the northern hospital. Avoid

I originally built our home in Epping in 1972 it was a lovely country town. It is now a drug and crime hub and I sold after 40 years. It us full of non English speaking migrants it has a massive crime and drug problem DO NOT AT ANY COST LIVE THERE YOU ARE SAFER IN THE BRONX
I do not think your opinion is right. You can say that to Richmond near Victoria St. There are migrants but they are lovely people with good English skill.
Not Epping. Safe and peaceful. Maybe Lalor and Thomastown, Preston, are those hub. Western Melbourne like Footscray or St Alban is horrible with lots of gangs...

I think you lost the plot fayd1 .. and i doubt you moved to the inner eastern suburbs to be safer .. said to rubbish epping after 40 years living there
