Highland park is amazing , kangaroos in the morning , quiet streets , elevated properties overlooking the GC .
Has great amenities and within 15 minutes to the beach .
Easy access to pac fair & Robina town centre .
Hour to Brisbane cbd if you leave early enough on M1
Wish we had moved here years ago

Having lived here for 3 months i can only give a relatively short review .
Have now edited my review based on 5 years there and now moved on .
It did what it needed to do for us .
The state school was terrible along with the state high school
Moved the kids to kings and it was a game changer .
The major flaws are all the hooning , no decent shops and you need to go to hyperdome or brown plains.
Prices have increased dramatically which is good for investors but if buying and living in it I would probably look elsewhere as you need a car to do almost everything .
The area is growing and the local government are spending money out there which is good .
We had great neighbours and for the most part a good time it was just the lack of shops , decent restaurants and things to do that made us move .

Also about an hour to Brisbane and Gold Coast - don’t let the real estate fool you . I commented both ways for years
