The Gardens, TAS

Incredible Waterfront Location

The Gardens are incredible! Hidden oasis. Some houses are right on the beach and the others are only a few steps from the water. Good sized land allotments and stunning, stunning area. About 15 - 25 minutes drive from St Helens where there are schools, hospital, supermarkets etc. Just the best.

Friendly Street Close to Shops

A nice residential street just off main road that’s close to Prospect Vale Market Place. Close to schools, buses and all the shops. Good family area.

Laid Back Surf Vibe

Kick back in Beaumaris! There’s no rush here and the vibe is very chilled. A mix of original shacks and some newer beach houses, Beaumaris is all about being close to the beach and good surf spots. Surfside is the ‘local’ and a great hangout for a burger or beer. Some services are 2km south at Scamander but most things like sch…

Pristine Hamlet - Better then the photos!

Binalong Bay is an exclusive hamlet at the beginning of the Bay of Fires. Homes here are highly sought after, especially those with water views! So homes in Binalong Bay are within walking distance of the water. Life in Binalong is carefree and a very popular place to own a holiday home. In Binalong Bay there’s a well patronised…

Super close to the beach and wonderful neighbours

A great street that is quiet and so close to the beach. Literally 200m from the beach! The street is flat and there are great neighbours all round.

A Sleepy Fisherman's Paradise

Ansons Bay is a small fishing village approx 45 minutes north of St Helens or 40 minutes east of Scottsdale. Primarily positioned on the Ansons River, many homes are absolute riverfront with the ones in Casuarina Lane always popular. Many of the properties are original fishing shacks and are relatively small, but there is a grow…

Handy to Everything

Alanvale Road is a main arterial road into Mowbray and Newnham and there can be a bit of traffic, but it's so handy to everything. Straight onto the bypass into the city or into Mowbray. You don't notice any road noise once you're inside and the neighbours are generally all friendly and helpful. Mostly retirees and young familie…

Living here is like being on a permanent holiday

Straight across the road from the beach, the Esplanade Turners Beach is where you dream of holidaying. Long wide roads, sandy verges, tree lined streets, people walk everywhere and then you just duck across the road and you're on the beach. Although you can't see the beach or the water from most homes, it's all about proximity. …

Stieglitz, TAS

A great place to live or holiday that is close to everything

Stieglitz always makes me feel like on holidays! The vibe is relaxed, there are plenty of boats, caravans and cray pots around the place to make you realise that living in Stieglitz is all about making the most of life by the water. The area is probably a 50/50 mix of 'shackies' and permanent residents. There's no curb and gut…

A Popular Newer Suburb So Close to Beaches and Dunes

Akaroa Tasmania is the up and coming suburb in the greater St Helens area. It is positioned on the eastern most end of St Helens Point Road and is approx a 10 minute drive to the heart of St Helens. You'll love Akaroa if you love boating as there are several boat ramps within close vicinity, especially Burns Bay boat ramp if you…
