Eagleby

"Great potential - Island paradise"

I bought and moved here in early 2010 because of the potential for property development and benefits of being close to schools, public transport routes, M1, and close to Beenleigh and Yatala, which are master planned areas. Eagleby has very nice neighbourhoods. It is bordered by two rivers and the M1 which makes it in a sense an island. Therefore development will have limited possibility to expand outwards and thus land will become finite and valuable. Eagleby has everything of a well planned city, commercial centre surrounded by medium density and parks, followed on by low to very low density as you move out towards the rivers. Happy living in Eagleby and looking forward to exciting times ahead!
