"Quiet"

Love Lane Cove. Small and quiet street walking distance to the ocean. Beautiful well kept lawns and gardens.
Owners have pride in the land.

Great for

  • Good land size
  • Very neat street
  • Gardens lovely

Not great for

  • 4 or 5 neighbours very nosey.
  • Turn their noses up if back yard is run down a little bit. Will tell you what to do what not to do.
  • Some neighbours very clicky.

"Hidden Gem"

Have lived here for 14 years and absolutely love it. It has everything you need for a wonderful suburb.
Sea, surf, transport, parks, schools, shopping centres. Close to marinas, walking distance to shopping
centres and the ocean. Great cycle paths.

Great for

  • Close to shopping centres
  • Great cycle paths
  • Beautiful Beach
  • Green Parks and Big trees
  • Quiet

Not great for

  • Parks facilities need to be up graded. Kids playgrounds very rusty and unsafe.
