It is also the main route connecting local families to north and south ends of the Redlands.

Many beautiful acreage homes are highly sought after by large families.

Sentinel Court, Cleveland is regarded as the most expensive street in the Redlands!

You may not know that Savage Garden’s Daniel Jones used to own his beach front house in this street until 2007.

Raby Bay foreshore Park is close by and you are 7 minutes walk to fine dining.

Victoria Point remains the most popular suburb in the Redlands. Affordability and convenience would be the main selling points for home owners living here.

In addition, the popular highly ranked private school Ormiston College definitely appeals to family with school age children.

It’s rare as hen’s teeth to see any resident wanting to give up this address!

This beautiful location is so close to the water, and less than a minute walk to the dog park and walking trails.

It’s also further away from majority of the houses, so you don’t hear any incoming traffic.

The main shopping centre serves majority of the residents.

Raby Bay Marina offers fantastic dining experience and entertainment. Train station is great for the daily commuting to Brisbane and Gold Coast.

Having lived in Thornlands for almost 9 years, I can highly recommend this suburb to people considering moving here.

It’s located close to both Victoria Point and Cleveland, minutes drive to a good selection of public and private schools, dog parks, and walking trails.

Most of the pockets in Thornlands are quiet. New estates such as the ones along Kinross Rd, Thornlands and Esperance are on smaller blocks.

Overall, Thornlands is quite convenient for everyday living.
