I love Townsville City, it is so close to the beautiful Strand and has plenty of cafes and restaurants. The people are friendly and the lifestyle great. What more could you ask for?

I recently moved to Proserpine from Cranbourne, Victoria and I am loving Proserpine. I did extensive research before making the move and Proserpine ticked all the boxes. It is so close to all the area has to offer and is the genuine gateway to the region, it is the town you arrive at by air, rail and road and this was a major deciding factor for me. I now have friends and family looking to build in Proserpine and I am glad their is new residential land on the market that is affordable and has great views.

Hi Louise, yes I do have school age children, and the fact Proserpine has the regions two high schools (public, catholic) weighed heavily in my decision, Id only heard positive feedback about both and we decided to enrol in St Catherines, Proserpine and couldnt be happier with my choice. We are looking to relocate from South Africa. Our children are 7 and 11. What schools do you have available for them?
Just curious, do you have school age children? Or was this not a factor in your move.
