Macgregor is the extension of Sunnybank .Look up the review of Sunnybank .Once it was an upmarket suburb on the south side.Housings have been converted into unapproved and unregulated rooms for overseas students .The houses look run down and unkept.These houses have no garages because of it being converted into rooms that cars are parked in the front lawn and take up all the street space.I contacted the member of parliment about Macgregor ,Sunnybank ,Sunnybank hills and Robertson .Had no reply. Living in St Lucia is a different story .Anything that makes this Suburb degrading the member of parlement attends to it immediately. We need to look after all suburbs in Brisbane. Qld is known as a bogan state.Suburbs like these don't help.These suburbs mentioned appear to look like some of the run down suburbs of Logan. The crime in these suburbs are known to be the worst in all south east qld.

I have lived in this area when the houses and rooms were not rented out and people who lived here were classed as corperate and proffesionals .The properties were kept manicured. LOOK AT IT NOW! garages are turned into small rooms .Renovations were done without counsil approvals. the houses and rooms are rented out privately because it cant be regulated. The rooms are rented to anybody. A lot of dead beats and drug addicts live in these rooms because it is cheaper to live here than woodridge .The comments I have read are from overseas students who are here for a short time . They are only interested about the cheap rent ,cheap restaurants and frequent bus service. I would like to read a comment from someone who lived here before it had turned into a GETTO and who agrees with me .Not from someone who has bought a house and turned into an illgal boarding house. The houses are big but what goes inside is the big problem.
