Beach Road is a real estate hot spot, with fantastic bay views and water vistas. Parking is difficult on the weekends due to traffic and cycling parking exclusions, but with expansive multi-million dollar views this does not normally pose a problem for those lucky enough to live on this stretch of coastline.

Albenca St is located on the eastern side of Warrigal Road, is nice & wide with lots of parking and has a variety of older homes, new developments (townhouses, villas) etc. It is family friendly and close to numerous shops (Thrift Park complex), schools and parks/reserves.
