Barry Street is located just off Warrigal Road, only a few minutes drive to the beach and within close vicinity to fantastic schooling and recreational spaces (parks, playgrounds, athletic tracks etc).

Beach Road is a real estate hot spot, with fantastic bay views and water vistas. Parking is difficult on the weekends due to traffic and cycling parking exclusions, but with expansive multi-million dollar views this does not normally pose a problem for those lucky enough to live on this stretch of coastline.

Alvena Street is located between the Mentone Village and Nepean Hwy, is a small street which dead ends to the trainline. It is nice and leafy and conveniently close to the shopping strip, cafes and public transport.
