I lived on Transfield Ave a few years ago, was a great area and could not hear the traffic at all.
Biggest issue was getting out onto Minmi Rd in peak hour traffic, but always achievable!
Hopefully with the new estate going in on Transfield Rd the council will update the corner there and make it easier to turn in and out.
Close to public transport and schools!

Great street, relatively quiet however is a main road through the estate!
Houses are lovely and neighbours are great.

Situated right near the lake this street is fantastic! Local fields and parks make it even more appealing to the families!
Neighbours are great and close to public transport as well.
Newer area so houses are in good condition as well.

II currently live on this street, good location in relation to the expressway and local shops.
Have been a few incidents lately in the area, however still love it just as much.
Walking distance to local fields and skate parks, and a number of entrances to the local walking tracks

My grandparents used to own a house on this street! Over looking Merewether beach was incredible!
Was such a lovely area as well, family friendly!
Short walk to the local corner shops and the beach, couldnt ask for a better location!

Beautiful quiet street, my grandparents used to live close to the Seaman Oval end of the street.
Was so peaceful and you could not hear any traffic.
Short walk to coles or the local parks and fields.

Kurri Kurri is not what it used to be, with contact council improvements this suburb is on its way up!
With its fantastic location being so close to the expressway and people developing in the area this suburb will soon be boming!

Cliftleigh is a relatively new suburb that has attracted a lot of families and professionals. This suburb is located minutes from the expressway making travelling back to Newcastle a breeze or even getting to Singleton.
With more people moving to the area council is bringing in new doctors surgeries and even a McDonalds at Gillieston Heights.

Ashtonfield is so centrally located, being close to Greenhills shopping centre and an array of schools including Hunter Valley Grammar.

There is public transport and school pick up points in Aberglasslyn.
